I can not say one good thing about this place. The office staff is incredibly rude, and they do not care at all about your concerns. The Property Manager Cindy is the worst of all. She is never apologetic, and obviously does not care about the residents. You would think this would be her main concern. Also, the place is a dump. Do not let the outside fool you. It looks decent, but the groundskeeper never picks up trash. As a whole, the staff is lazy. Also, since we have lived at Arbors (it has been less than 6 months), we have gotten 6 notices of break ins or attempted break ins. My neighbor across the halls has had his broken into twice. Now, I know that crime has no address, but you think they could do something. We pay way too much in rent to live in a place like this. As a whole, this place is truly a horrible to live. There are much better places in live in this area.
