This is by far the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. Exorbitant unexplained water bills by the Ahbors - ($60 - $70) for a 2 family rental; rude and condescending staff; bi-weekly car or apartment break-ins; loose and uncontrolled pets; unscheduled and frequent access to your apartment by maintenance staff.
It is a nightmare. I had to break my lease and move out. and if you take a ground level floor, be prepared for a break-in. Will not recommend the Abhors of Brentwood even to an enemy.
