1. The garabage disposal, ironically doesn't dispose of garbage...hmmm...just leaves a nasty smell and food slush in your sink.
2. If you call maintenance a.k.a. "The Wet Bandits" they mysteriously seem to only be free to fix your problem when you are not home.
3. By the way, break-ins occur at least once a week...and always you'll get a stupid flyer telling you to keep an eye out...can scare your children.
4. They always have water shut off dates, when they're working on the water. So..expect a high water bill and not to be able to take a shower when needed.
5. Postal packages are kept at the front desk...anyone! can look through them when the staff is too busy to care if the person is stealing someone else's package. if yours comes up missing don't be surprised.
6. We got locked in our apartment! Only took the maintenance man 2 hours to let us out. Bad locks, Bad service.
7. The staff will treat you as their red-headed-stepchild instead of talking to you as a human being.
8. Thin walls = loud sounds all the time. I swear there was a four-legged woman living above us!
9. Laundry mats are horrible...not enough facilities for the size of the complex.
10. When you move out, They WILL rip you off. expect mysterious charges. If you want to save money, don't use your appliances and use everything as if it was a display at a store, or they'll charge you a hundred dollars for cleaning...Are we not supposed to use the stove' Badly installed carpet was pulling apart from the divide between kitchen and living area, you don't want to get it fixed because of troubles with maintenance, so they'll charge you 250 dollars to replace it, and when you try to ask why you've been charged...they are very Rude. Good Riddance! Glad we're gone! Stay away!

I completely agree; this place is nothing short of the WORST place to live in Nashville!! I love the fact that the staff in the office acts like they work in a boutique in Beverly Hills (remember the ladies that treated Julia Roberts like ----).....they need to get over themselves, look in the mirror, and realize that they work in an office for a GHETTO apartment complex!! LOSE THE ATTITUDE!!!!!!!! EW....this place is GROSS!!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!
