I moved into the Arbors of Brentwood in November, and compared to Archstone, I feel 150% safer. My apartment, for a few dollars more per month, is 200 square feet bigger. It's really private--I never hear my neighbors coming and going, or TV's/stereos too loud. The grounds are kept nicely, there's room to spread out (you don't feel like you're on top of the next building) and there's plenty of parking. The staff, especially Tanisha, is very helpful...I never have a problem getting a reply from the office. The maintenance is great, too.
If I had to recommend somewhere to live in south Nashville (and I have...several times), I would tell them to check out The Arbors. Unless it goes downhill completely in the next year, I plan on signing another lease this fall.

You have to be kidding me. Obviously you didn't see the dead, rotting, stinky snake next to the pools edge this summer. have you experienced the brown recluse problem or just hear about it. They jacked my neighbors rent up 40.00 and told them to stick it. They will let anybody live their as well: ex-cons, felons and illegal aliens.

honestly, i don't know any complex in this specific area that turns away "illegal aliens" as you call them - and i personally don't mind. everyone needs a place to live and as long as other residents are quiet then they should be allowed to live wherever they can afford.
