Ok, at first, we thought this place was great, staff was nice, apt was ok...could've used some touch ups...but we weren't going to complain. We did notice we had some interesting neighbors...but that's what happens in an apt complex-you don't get to choose that. Months went by and then it happened...the break ins began, the water cutoff, women being attacked at the mail boxes, one of which happened right outside of our house and then the BIG one...someone in the complex was on the 6AM news about shooting her boyfriend at the apts...WHAT' CRAZY! I actually called to find out what was going on with that situation and the staff told me that she was still at the apts...ok, that makes me feel safe! hmmm...that to me is sketchy, along with the fact that I have to pay a $40 water bill per month on top of rent. The staff slowly became more and more irratating. Anything I ever called about, was a bother to them. I understand that they get many calls...but HELLO...if you don't like your job-get another one! Those women have become hateful! Anyways...I do NOT recommend living here at all. I understand that there will always be something somewhere...but this place is a DRAMA everday. I can't wait to move out in a few months...every person I've talked to here...hates it and feels the same. Not too mention, no security and they don't give a crap if there is only 1 treadmill working...and 500 people trying to use the other one. HEY GIRLS IN THE OFFICE...why don't you take my rent this month...and buy a treadmill!!!!!!!!!! I could understand if I was ever late on rent, gave them problems, was hateful to them, or maybe if I was a bad neighbor...PEOPLE>>>>>> I don't bother anyone here, get up, go to work, come home, take out my trash, pay my rent on time, don't complain, fix little things in my apt that should be your responsibility...but I dont have all day! THERE IS NO REASON YOU SHOULD BE A -----! When I leave this place...it will be a happy day! Save yourself...save your money, and people...save your grace, cause you will need all the prayers you can get if you're living here!
