If there is nothing else you can afford, then move here, but if not, don't even bother. The maintenance staff are the only good things about the complex. The girls in the office are sometimes downright mean, there is a break-in every other week and the stench of dog poop is overwhelming. The appliances are outdated and our apt. is starting to smell like mold because the water heater upstairs has broken twice and leaked into our apt. We are getting out as soon as our lease is up.
