I have reviewed Arbors before, but after moving to my second apartment within the complex, I'd like to share further thoughts...First, I LOVE my new apartment! It is close to everything (15 min to downtown; 15 min to Cool Springs), but doesn't feel like living in the city. It is a great value for the money, and it feels luxuriously spacious for a single girl like me. It has vaulted ceilings and large windows with a lovely view of a weeping willow tree (very attractive foliage, but no way for someone to climb in my window, as there could be with other trees). The maintenance staff even volunteered to put chain locks on my doors for free, but when I moved in, the tenant before me had already done so. The maintence men wave at me every morning as I drive by on my way out of the complex. Though I have heard (via hearsay) of safety issues, I feel safe enough by taking the necessary precautions. I also know my neighbors, and we watch out for each other. I really do love living at the Arbors of Brentwood, and I'm glad I decided to rent a second apartment with them.
