DON'T DO IT!!!

First of all, I would like to point out that complaints against this apartment complex date all the way back to 2003; and, the complaints are stating the same problems that are being stated today!! With that being said, every time I drive by the office and see someone riding off on that golf cart to look at an apartment, I want to yell out "DON'T DO IT!". The staff in the office is less than average!! The ladies in that office have the worst attitudes I have ever encountered. They treat you like you aren't worthy to lick the bottoms of their shoes. Not the best way to have your residents encourage others to live there. I have never, in 5 years of renting, seen a more pitiful excuse for living quarters, office staff, and safety! Over the past 14 months, there have been 8 CRIMINAL INCIDENTS at the Arbors of Brentwood!! A newsletter does nothing!! No wonder residents warn not to move there! You know, they don't do anything to protect their tenants; but, they sure do like to "decorate" alot, get new signs, pave the lots, etc..... LOOKS CAN BE DECEIVING!!!! IN THIS CASE, THEY ARE!!!!!!!!!
