Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007
I will be leaving after only 4 painful months in this God forsaken place. Since I have been here there has been 4 break & entrys, 1 assult /w a weapon & 1 attempted rape. The management turns a blind eye to the on site traspassers usingthe pool & the up surge of gang activity. Additionally, Arbors of brentwood averages a water bill. Basically you, your neighbours, along with the watering of the lawns, public laundry, pool water, etc gets averaged out so you pay for other peoples water. NICE!
Save yourself the trouble! Stay Away
