I just moved out of the Arbors a few weeks ago. I lived there for a year and was very satisfied with the experience. My roommate and I never had a problem. All maintenance requests were taken care of within one day of calling them in. The office staff was always friendly and helpful. We lived in Building 19, which I would highly recommend. My only complaint would have been the neighbors upstairs. They sounded like elephants walking around.
