Im sure the people putting good comments on here have to be in management. Look at the ones at the top it sounds like a sales pitch. I've been here for a year and it was the worse living experience of my life. Let me begin with saying the management will love you until you sign the lease. After that you are crap to them. Things will break, they wont fix them. Spiders everywhere, break-ins weekly. If you make a request for loud noise they will not deal with it and they wont let you out of your lease. The assisant manager is a young head full of mush who is unqualified, snotty, and thinks she is better than you. The manager Cindy is even worse. If you go into the office with a real complaint they act as if you are putting them out. It's apparent that is the way Cindy wants to run the place. And she will let any of her employees treat you like a dog. They're like used car sales people who's job is to put people's butts in those units. They spend tons of money re-doing the land-scaping to sucker new people in while letting security and structural issues go down the tubes. And when it is time to re-up on your lease they jack up the price too. I have never taken the time to type something on one of these sites but I'm that pissed to do it this time. Do yourself a favor pass on this joke of a place to live. I'd rather live under a bridge than live at the Arbors of Brentwood, by the way it's in South Nashville not Brentwood. I'm out of here (in a loud voice) FREEDOM!!!!!!!

I'm not management either. I posted a happy review a few months ago on here. I actually had to break my lease early (I moved out of state for a job) and Cindy and the other staff were as nice as could be about it. I had friendly neighbors, including several who always said hi and watched out for me. As for the location...I worked in Maryland Farms and it only took me 10 min during rush hour to get there. There is only one apt complex closer and it's way more expensive.

you know, i wrote one of the comments that you think is from management, and i'm not from management. i've never had a problem with management... i've not seen spiders, or heard loud parties.
the first week i moved in my water heater went out.. they were there the next day to fix it. The fix only lasted two days, and when i called again, they came back the next day and replaced the water heater. While I'm not psyched that the brand new water heater went out, staff handled it as best as anyone could expect. If you think they should do a better job about stuff, then try owning your own home (I have) and see what upkeep is like. See how it is to deal with your own neighbors about noise (did you try that before you called the office?).
