I loved it when I lived there, it was fairly quiet, with just a little traffic noise because my apartment faced the street. I had previously lived at waterford landing that was supposed to be a "luxury apartment" and it was awful no parking, unsafe and the staff was terrible. Here the rent was way cheaper and although they are a little dated on the outside, the apartments look great on the inside. No bugs, very clean and comfortable. The maintenance was helpful and so was the office staff, they were understanding when I found a stray dog and even let me keep her with out a pet deposit because I was honest with them about her and told them I couldn't afford the fee. If you respect them, they respected you. I am going to be moving back there this November, hopefully to the same area, I really loved it and felt comfortable there. Don't be misled by bad reviews, everyone has something negative to say but nobody wants to take the time to write about something good, thats why I did.

If anything good had happened when I lived there, I would have been fair enough to mention it.
