I have lived at Ashland Hills for 6 months. I would not recommend anyone to rent here. I have had numerous maintenance requests...30 plus doing the 6 months i have lived here. Nothing gets fixed properly/timely. This complex believes in patching up the problems so that they have to continually come and try to fix/repair the problems. The hall bathroom had the spell of sewage. The carpet is in bad shape. I cleaned the carpet and it still looks dirty in many areas. TO ALL POTENTIAL TENANTS...STAY AWAY, RENT SOMEWHERE OTHER THAN ASHLAND HILLS.
