my apartment was nice after we got 50.00 worth of combat for the damn roaches....after staying there for over a yr there were no problems until it was time to sign a new lease!!! the leasing office attempted to evict me saying that i didnt pay my rent for two months i had my first and last months free!! i had proof i paid them... after being threatened and my acct was turned over to attorney....i got a lawyer and asked for a copy of my payments and lease...my boyfriend found the mistake in the office and they apologized for the problems!!!!WTF..they tried to kick me out...didnt have problems with the -------- although they live 10 to a 2 bedroom...i hate lynn she is so unprofessional..at least 20 apartment had late notice and eviction notices at one time...somebody needs to audit them...will be moving asap!!!!!!

You should call fair housing on them. they will investigate the complex and then they will actually financially back you up in court to pursue a lawsuit.... who knows you could end up with either free rent or a settlement for suffering. most companies will settle before court to avoid the bad reviews on there record. just a thought
