I lived in Ashland Hills for 3 yrs and management is a big pain. They were least understanding about common issues in the apartment and takes long to fix issues. I was working near Airport so got this apartment in first place but later regretted my decision.. Neighbors were pain with loud music and dog poop in green area is vey common. Trash dumpsters were always overflowing.. Big problem of roaches.. Always need to request for pest control every other month.. My friend car was stolen here and another apartment was broken twice. Site Laundry is in bad shape always.. I have to go outside for Laundry service. While leaving Management charged me over $350 for paint and other issues (This is after I spent $450 on paint job, professional cleaning with steam carpet clean just 2 days before leaving apartment). I will not recommend this apartment community to anyone.

From what I understand, the management company changed in the summer of 2009. The new mamagement company is full steam ahead on making property repairs and resolving some of the noise issues and animal waste in the common areas. Additional maintenance staff has been added and they are working to do a better job than the previous management company.
