Ok, let me get right to it. My girl and I have been looking for a place to move to for a couple months now. We have toured several nice and shall I say, not so nice places. This "joint" took the cake and we couldn't make it past the office.

We saw an add on Craigslist saying "Free rent until the SUPERBOWL." The rent on a 2br 1.5b apartment was $575 come feb. Our eyes popped at 2a.m. reading this CRAZZZZY add. We quickly went on here to read the reviews. We read the reviews....I died laughing at the funny stories as my girlfriend says "Hell NO. We are not staying there." I took her by anyway....I still wanted to check out this crazy deal.

I quickly find on my own that management was terrible. The lady (this is the last time I use lady) I spoke with, did not give her name. I informed her that I was interested in the online special. Her eyes lit up, I guess because I am American with good english. I was watching how they treated the foreign ladies ahead of us, as if they were dumb. She went to town writing the wrong information on the floorplan sheets.

The sheets she handed me all said Sept. free, $100 off Oct., Nov., Dec., and Jan. So like a "Good" customer, I informed her that the info she was giving was not consistant with the information on Craigslist. I then informed her of the online add of "FREE" rent until the Superbowl. What she was quoting was "discounted" rent and not what was online. WHO THE HELL CANT UNDERSTAND THAT' She then told us to read the "Fine print." So I went to the car and pulled out the laptop...guess she thought I couldn't read. They do teach reading in Metro Schools...at least enought for me to go to college. Sorry, SIMPLE BROAD......THERE WAS NO FINE PRINT.

After asking the "simpleton" if they had wifi, I could only laugh at the fact she didn't know. "No one has ever asked me that before. People don't come in here with laptops." Who cares...you work there, YOU should know...not me. Anyhow, they steal it from some poor guy. We pull up the add, all she can say is discounted rent is free rent. REALLY' On what planet' She had the nerve to say that free and discount is basically the same thing. I quickly made her look like an ass. I asked her one question. "You said that you all will waive all pet fees, right'" She quickly replied "YES". Well, thats FREE...not DISCOUNTED pet fees. Only if you could see her face.

Now, I am pretty swift but I have NEVER heard that BULL***T before. I asked what dictionary' Her reply "Look it up." Simpleton, I did.

FREE-a. Costing nothing; gratuitous: a free meal.

DISCOUNT-a. To sell or offer for sale at a reduced price.

Thats not basically the same thing. Actually, they are quite different.

So, we decided to leave. That "Slow bus" said, If you change your mind, we would love to have you. OK, sit right by the door and we will be right back....NEVER!!!

That was enough for us. She could have said that there was a mistake. Riding the lie was not cool. So, we will side with the many others who say don't do it...best part for us, we wont have the misfortune of calling this place home.

FYI, three cop cars rushed into the place just as we were pulling out...no lie...guess it goes down in the middle of the day there. Are you guys running a cab company out of there' What's with all the cab'

This is hilarious. Thats still a good deal man. I read the same ad and jumped on it. I completely understand the ad. I receieved about $3000 off. I can't believe you wasted so much time and energy on this email. I haven't had any problems here. Your loss.
