My husband and I moved here as our first place, we didn't expect anything great this being our first place and all, but we need better than this. There have been bugs everyday, our neighbors, aside from one, are very rude, leaks in the ceiling they fix with tarp, oh and they turned off our gas for no reason. We have been here for a few months, and have turned in our rent money about 3 weeks early. We were unaware that we were to pay to the management, so they ASSUMED we weren't paying and had it cancelled. This caused us major problems and no hot water for 2 and a half weeks. Why they couldn't let us know they were turning it off, and we could have worked it out is beyond me. We are so tired of this place, we are leaving before the lease is up... Smells musty, the carpets are nasty, loud neighbors, bad neighborhood, and just nothing has been going right. Keisha is the only manager that has been helpful and seems to care. The reason we looked here was it was good money for space, but it's not worth it to us anymore... We are trying to leave and find somewhere safer and nicer.
