I HAVE BEEN LIVING IN AUDUBON PARK APTS FOR ABOUT A YEAR NOW, AND I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS, WHENEVER I HAVE AN MAINTIENCE COMPLAINT IT IS USUALLY TAKEN CARE OF THE SAME DAY, OR THE VERY NEXT DAY, THE OFFICE STAFF IS VERY FRIENDLY AND SHOW CONCERN WHENEVER I HAVE A PROBLEM, MY NEIGHBORS ARE ALWAYS NICE AND FRIENDLY, I HAVE NEVER SEEN TRASH BINS OVERFLOWING WITH GARBAGE OR SEEN FURNITURE LAYING NEXT TO DUMPSTERS. OVERALL I LOVE MY APT COMPLEX, THE PEOPLE, AND I HAVE NO PROBLEM WALKING AROUND THE COMPLEX AT NIGHT, BECAUSE I FEEL SAFE. I WOULD RECOMMEND AUDUBON PARK APTS FOR A PLACE TO STAY ANYTIME.
