After reviewing several peoples comments, I can tell most of these complaints are probably from someone who didn't even know who they were dealing with because Susan isn't the Manager anyway.....She is the bookkeeper and I bet you didn't pay your rent on time and that is why you don't like her. The property manager and most of the staff have been there for many years and do a great job. The entire staff has always been friendly and professional. Give them a break, they have a job to do and sometimes that doesn't always make someone happy. Very nice and large apartments and they have been very well maintained. The grounds are always nice and clean.

Well you must not be living in the same complex as the other 26 people who have posted bad comments. But don't bash others for giving there opinion you gave yours. Well it doesn't matter they change mangement so much. The month of January they didn't have a manager at all According to BART. Don't generalize and say people who don't pay rent on time or at all are upset the only ones up set.I have never been late and I am very upset. :)
