I disagree with your comments as for the complex it is always neat and clean furniture that is laying at the side of the entrance is non paying residents.....it's sounds like you are one of the non paying residents. Management is very helpful and caring. You should call the police when you see things happening people like you that turn your head allow others to get away with breaking into things. As for the pool you must be mistaking for another complex this pool here is always clean and way above the requirements. I wish upset people would keep non true comments to themselves. Audubon Park is not what these people are displaying just come and see for your self....

overall this is a horrible place to live! The pool seems clean to me, and I don't see that much stuff lying about. The maintenance guys are nice but the management team is horrible! there are always mean and don't care if you are helped or not as long as they get your money

you are correct in saying that the grounds always look nice - but that's what they use to trick residents. the outside is very appealing, they even blow the leaves away. but those same people who blow leaves away linger on my porch a little too long, and the inside of my apartment is literally falling apart and is very shoddy workmanship. they should spend a little more time updating and reparing rather than blowing leaves off porches and moving when the grass has not even grown.

I think they paid whoever wrote this review. I lived there for a year and I completely disagree with everything this person has said. The grounds are not kept up, the management is absolutely NOT caring, and the pool is dirty. TRUST ME, THIS APT GOT A BAD RATING FOR A REASON.

Well you must not be living in the same complex as the other 26 people who have posted bad comments. But don't bash others for giving there opinion you gave yours.
