The office staff seem nice until they rope you in and then things start to change. I asked for a copy of the lease and they told me that the copy machine was broken. When I went to pay my first full months rent I received a notice 3 days later saying that I still owed sixty dollars! I went to the office and they gave me a copy of the lease with the total price sixty dollars over what I had signed at. I am positive that the first page had been changed but they wouldn't give me a copy at the time of signing so i was screwed. The people in the office are horrible to deal with. It seems like it is too much trouble for them to walk their lazy you know what downstairs to help you. Most of the time the assistant manager just yells and make syou come to her and then stares at you with dirty looks and rolls her eyes.......not helpful!
The maintenance guys are really nice and very helpful. If they can't fix something the first time then they always fix it..eventually! The grounds are nice to look at, and as apartments go the construction isn't to bad. They are just really old and need renovating!
Parking was a mess and then they started charging for a parking permit! The thousands of dollars that we pay every month isn't enough to include a parking permit! How ridiculous!
Overall a horible place to live and would definately recommend looking elsewhere......keep this as a last resort!
