I have lived in this apartment complex for a total of 2 years. The only problem I encountered upon moving in was the sour management staff (now gone, thankfully, but over the past two years the complex has gone into a steady decline. We used to have to worry about the bass-thumping cars waking us up at 3 in the morning, now I'm concerned that they're busting out windows to steal the car radios. I have seen several cars with their windows busted out and their radios gone, not to mention that a woman who (stupidly, I admit)tried to run the theives off actually was chased back into her house by gang members waving a pistol. About a month ago, I witnessed a man slash a young woman's tires in front of his girlfriend and a toddler. There are some very nice people that live in this apartment complex, but unless you have a big dog, I wouldn't suggest it.
