I have live at Audubon Park for almost a year now. I have been for the most part very pleased with everything. Besides the battle between my neighbors and I for what should be the 2 parking spots that are mine. Or them thinking it is okay to park in front of the dumpster but there new I guess I will forgive them. But the staff is always ready to jump if there is something wrong with the apt. My window broke it took me a while to get there and tell them but when I did that day it was fixed. My heat wasn't working because of something we didn't realize we did but they were there. I had a neighbor who refused to pick up after her dog. My prayers were answered and she is now gone. Always smiling and a always friendly staff. We got 2,500 behind in rent and they still let us work out something and we finally got caught up the people there as long as they know what the issue is are more than willing to work with you. Thank you Audobon for being so affordable convienent understanding and making it a wonderful place to live.

Actually I am going on almost 3 years now living here and I am about to sign a new lease and upgrade to a 3 bedroom. I have two young children and love it here. All the office staff besides two live here on the property. I read the rest of the reviews and I have never had issues here except for parking for a short period of time. Go ahead and move on in its a great place to live.

I lived at Audubon Park Apts, (formerly) Sheraton Hills, from 1986-2008 I had seen many changes over the years. I went from a 1 bedroom apt. to three bedrooms. The maintenance staff were always great. I moved in when the apartments were quiet and all the tenats respected each other and there were no parking spaces assgned. 2007-8 the quality of life changed and so did the appearance of the whole community. To go from where I live now and go back over there now, I truly thank God.
I have a nice area in the back of my house wher
e I can grow my flowers and plants without the children destroying them also a private deck which I love to sit and read my paper and drink
coffee. If you want peace and quiet I would suggest apartment living in another part of Nashville.
