Primary advantage: location. In the heart of Midtown; Vanderbilt is right next door. West End is a block away.
Somewhat pricey, but considering the amenities (cable, utlities, full kitchen, linen service), it evens out.
Office staff is courteous and easy to deal with, and maintenence usually takes care of requests within 24 hours.
Recent attempts at beautification have involved new paint jobs that may strike potential tenants as either vibrant and eclectic or needlessly garish.
Issues: the electronic locks tend to malfunction about every other month, and since the Corner Bar set up shop last month, there have been problems with patrons parking in the lot and using said lot as their own personal U-turn. odusyNYCcZ7yL3Bj5JtG
