I have a one bedroom here. The management has since changed in the past 6 months, and are much better...trying to clean up the place. I've never had any safety problems, they do have security now, and the new maintenance crew is really nice and responsive. I would give it a C at this point, has a lot to improve on, but it's not as near bad as it used to be when I first moved in a year ago.
