HORRIBLE

This place is not safe.

My car has been broken into twice.

The electric bill is outrageous because the apartments ancient and not efficient.

The A/C units are crap.

It takes forever and a day to get any maintenance reply.

I had a flood from an above apartment pipe burst and it took 2 months to touch the walls.

When shown the mold on the walls, I was told, it wasn't that bad, (my walls and cupboards were black from the mold), and they'd get to it "as soon as possible".

It's still not fixed properly and it's been 3 months.

Things are breaking every time I turn around.

There is ample parking because everyone is being smart and moving out.

It seems they only rent to rude, loud trouble makers.

I hope that with the new management it will get better, but I'm not sticking around to find out.

They've said that 3 other times since I've been here and thus far they've been all talk.

I would not recommend this place to anyone.

It costs as much or more as apartments that are much better.

They also charge extra for water and trash...rediculous since they are not worth what we pay in rent.
