#1 The place needs to be renovated...my poor friend has had a two bedroom, a townhouse, and a one bedroom and all of the had serious problems with leaks...I mean big leaks...whole floors soaked, and if you could have seen how maintanence took care of it!!!!When I lived there the staff was so un organized...the kids are BAD...It was my last month there and all of a the managers want to change the way the rent is paid and try to tell me I owed them more money....YEAH RIGHT!!! I actually had a friend that had the hardest problem after we sat there and watched someone hit his car and try to run....the Police wer smart on telling us they wouldn't come out.

My roomate and I had someone break into our apartment and the only thing they did was plug up our unplugged alarm just to let us know they had been there...DON'T MOVE HERE!!!!

The problem was not the people that worked in the office but the so called management company in Texas that would not give them any money to do anything. They were shut off from many companies and had no money for supplies.
