I recently moved to Bavaria after being taken in by the scenic views and what appeared to be a lovely area to live in. I can say that on my side of the complex the kids appear to be home trained and I rarely see any trash lying around in the common areas. Just recently we received a long list of "rules" which one in particular seems to be a bit ridiculous...the tenant curfew. We have experienced frequent water outages, and there doesn't seem to be a real maintenance staff. The residents did receive a $10 off credit towards the rent for the water outage which is crap!! Where I come from, if the tenant has no water the landlord gets no rent. The health department needs to get involved because the water outage is too frequent. I cannot wait until my lease is up to get out of here. If Bavaria had a real management team and a real maintenance staff this could be a lovely place to live. I wonder if anyone from the management actually lives on site....hmmm.

The beer bottles are a big problem as is urinating in the common areas. The children situation at the complex is definately a problem!!
