This is terrible place!! I have witnessed 4 drug deals in the parking lot and the management's response was 'yeah, we know.' I have also walked in on drug deals and sex acts in the laundry room and stairwells. There is a lot of vehicle vandalism (breaking tail lights etc) as well as break-ins. There is a prostitute that lives/stays in our building and another one that stays in a different building in the complex that hang out in the parking lots and common areas asking men if they need any drugs or 'anything else.' The last maintenance staff all walked out on the new management and the new maintenance staff is unlicensed, bonded etc except for one person. Getting maintenance to fix anything is like pulling teeth. The security/safety lights are often out in the complex and the management staff has yet to address the problem. The maintenance and/or management staff has been in my apartment (unauthorized, unnecessary, unannounced) 13 times in 3 months. The management staff does not reply/respond to requests, questions, faxes, correspondence etc. Apartment break-ins are common and their have been armed robberies in the parking lot. There is a lot of black mold throughout the complex. The conditions of the apartments are very poor. The management staff sent out a memo telling us we must be in our apartments or on our patio/deck after dark. We can only be out going to/from the apartment/complex - not enforcable as it was never in the lease. They don't want to give anyone a copy of their lease and/or paperwork (although they are required to do so.) There are not enough fire hydrants for the complex and there are no fire walls - if there is a fire in an apartment it will spread to all of them. Our water was off for almost 3 days and then was off again on 2 separate occasions - all unannounced. There is so much more I could write. This is NOT a safe place...I will be leaving as soon as I can afford it.
