I hate this place. I am scared to go out by myself at night. I have seen a girl get hit by her boyfriend, drug deals, people sitting in there car smoking pot, and the so called "security" just driving right past them. Cars and apartments get broken into on a regular basis. There was a man knocking on doors trying to rob people at about 4am one night. Workers have been inside the apartment while I wasn't there nor was I aware that thy would be going through the apartment. The lights in the stairwells don't work. The lighting outside are barely lit. There is also BLACK MOLD in one of the storage rooms right beside someones house. The mold literally climbs the walls.

My ex fiance was murdered there. August of 2007. Was robbed, and then killed-over $7. He was shot in the head, they never found the guy, surprise surprise.

There is constant gang activity there, tags on all the walls that got painted over weekly

There was a k9 officer there who caught a man coming into his 11 y/o daughters window with a pocket full of condoms.

Ive seen SWAT there raiding apartments.

Our dog was attacked bc someone let there's out without a leash, almost killed my dog, and attacked my ex.



If you are thinking of moving here, please don't-I know that its cheap, and looks decent, but its not.

If you already live here, please becareful, and look out for yourself, the security is just that-there to make you feel safe.

I know that your reading this thinking, this was a long time ago, its not like that anymore, it will always be like that...it always has been..in fact when I was in High School-my bf at the time who lived near there told me never to go there for any reason what so ever- I should have thought about that before I decided I would stay there with my then fiance.

Man what you say is the truth. Check out the crime stats for this zip code at http://www.police.nashville.org/stats/2004_UCR_Zipcode.asp they are the highest for any area in Nashville.
