Unbelievable how many people will ignore bad reviews and move in anyway.

Do you still think Bavaria is great' It was horrible when I moved out of there 3 years ago and there have been two fatal shootings there since then.

Nice.

Read about the most recent fatal shooting which just happened yesterday.

If you care about your families, DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! It has not changed, and probably will not change anytime soon until management stops allowing multiple families of illegal immigrants to pile in single family apartments.

But hey, you don't have to take my word for it, the facts say it all.

NASHVILLE, Tenn.

-- Police said a fatal shooting occurred Wednesday night at an Antioch apartment complex.
The shooting occurred at the Bavaria Apartments on Packard Drive around 7 p.m.
Authorities said the victim is a Hispanic man between 36 and 46 years old.
As of Thursday morning, police had not released any other details about the shooting.
