I lived here for 9 months during my first year of college and found the apartments to be a really good place to live.
It was a short commute to MTSU, only 20 minutes from downtown and the managers were all very nice and helpful.
I have seen a lot of negative reviews, but we really didn't have any problems with the place.
The only complaint I could make is that we had a few outrageously high utility bills in Dec., Jan.
and Feb.
(over $300 for two people).
Otherwise, the place is kept clean, there is a laundry mat at the complex and a nice workout room.
