My sliding glass door was shattered!!!!
The bullet went thru the door, across my living room through a wall hit above my front door, then bounced off the opposite wall and landed in my dining room.

Happened Tuesday night at 1:30am

Woke up to gunshots, I'm running into my kids bedrooms, my husband is screaming at me to "Get Down" but of course the mom in me isn't listening to him.

I grabbed our 3 kids, ran them into our bathroom since that is the farthest place away from the outside walls.

Waited 10 minutes for the cops to get here. (had to call twice)

Filled out a report. No one was anywhere to be seen.

My door is covered with plywood. Said they couldn't get someone to fix it until monday. All my heat is going out and the cold is coming in. And when I say shattered, I mean shattered! The glass is gone from the entire door, which of course landed all over my living room and the peoples patio below us.


Called the regional manager and the corporate office and left messages after the police came of what happened, and to please call me back. No one has called!!!!!
No one cares that a bullet passed within 8 feet of my sleeping 10 yr olds head.

I guess we are lucky that out of about 7-9 gunshots only 1 came thru our apartment.

If you care anything about your safety, do not move in here!!!!!!!!!

I have been leaving in the complex for a couple of months now and would like to say that management and maintence is never available when you truly need them. When I first moved in the central air was not working at all. I page there emergency maintence personal 4 times before I even received a call back, just for the person on the other end to advise me that they could not do anything about it, The crazy part about it is he never came to the unit to see what was wrong only stated that he could only change the filter out and that may be that would make the apartment cool off. I am still waiting on them to come in and fix the bathroom sink that drops all the time and the half done paint job that they did the day before I moved in. I went to the office due to I was looking for a package that was very important only to find out that it was not there. 3 months down the road the office personal comes and hand me this package. I never have a parking space when I come in from work. Keep in mind I have children that are toddlers. This still have not been resolved at this time. I have watched them evicted people wrongfully and think it was ok. There are chickens running around on the property alone with ducks that look sick and uncared for. The dumpster are always overfilled and stinking all the time. Calling the leasing office when there is a problem will never get resolved due to they never answer the phone. The young man that is the current manager is rude and unprofessional all the time. He is very uncaring for some one that calls themselves a family man and does not give a good #$^^mn about his residents. He really needs to be fired and someone else that is a manager and has some people skills need to be place in the office. I moved here from up north and I know for a fact that half the things they are doing there in this complex would have them sued and closed down for unlawful acts. Nashville is the worst place to live and the people they place in customer service and management positions have no skills and are very unprofessional .
