i've been here since July of 2006 and can't wait to move July 2008 when my next lease is up. it's a cheap place to live, and great for single males (like me), but bring your Spanish translation guide and never use the laundry mat. I know for a fact that they have 4-5 people living in someone 1 bedroom apts. They need to check up on their tenants and enforce the law.

There is about 15 people living in the apartment below me! And the one next to that one has at least 6 different grown men living there. The have hookers banging on their door all hours of the night. I think they have a meth lab in there too. We watched a lady go in there with a crack pipe, my husband yelled at her...she said isn't not a crack pipe its for my medicine! LOL And several people go in with bags full of cold medicine and cough syrup. People aren't that sick all the time!

True! That's why there's never any parking! Too many people per apartment. You can walk down the sidewalk and see into sliding glass door and see beds in the living rooms of some apartments because they have run out of space in the bedrooms!
