They did paint the outside and fix the lake. big deal! The biggest problem is the mold,cockroach infested apartments. It dosent matter how clean you are if your neighbors are trash. Just look who you live with and that should explain. How any decent person would live there with children is unbelievable. I could hardly stand to visit. It need to be torn down and re built. Sorry Bavaria. you suck!!!!
