Management Changes every couple of months no one ever knows whats going on. Hope you don't have anything break b/c maitanence takes for ever to come. Un- professional Neighborhood is going down hill and i just saw a roach in my apartment yesterday this place needs to be fixed up .

Dear Reader: It is my duty to report that several items in this article are incorrect. Contrary to the information provided by the posting, I have been managing this property for 9 months and have several reasons why I love to manage the property. The best way to determine if a property is a good fit for you is to take a tour of the property in person, so that you can see for yourself some of the good parts of the community. I would invite anyone who is interested in relocating to Bavaria Apartments to tour our property and ask us any questions regarding this posting. We would love to show you around! As a RESIDENT... things in this post are NOT incorrect! The staff does not even live on site because it is so bad! They all live at another apartment complex! The only incorrect statement is that management keeps changing. Steve came just after Christmas and he is the first one who has stuck around. That does not make him any better than the others mind you. And he has now moved up and someone else has taken over. He is her supervisor now. But problems have not got ANY better since he's been here. If you tour this property I suggest that you do so at night. IF you can get the staff to stay here after dark! Maintenance takes forever to come because they have so much to do! They are also in charge on grounds upkeep which is a HUGE task on at this complex! The bad things that go one here and all the criminal activity that involves are par for the course in this area... not just at Bavaria. This is the worst area of Nashville according to Metro police officers. And besides roaches, they also have bedbugs in abundance! PS I am not upset about anything, Steve. I chose to live here and it was a bad choice. I didn't do my homework first. I have to live with that until my lease is up. (Hopefully I live to see my lease expire!) But I'm trying to help others avoid that same mistake!
