Dear Potential Renter,
Bavaria is THE place for you!! If you sign your lease today, you will have access to many amenities. They include but are not limited to, a dark scary laundry room that is full of broken down machines, strewn panties, and used condoms, a pool full of fully clothed swimmers, and a lovely garden pond that will only leave you without water in your home for 3 days at the most. If this should happen we certainly won't hurry to fix it, instead we will allow you to go back in time and see how your ancestors lived! What an experience.
We also believe that trash is not an eyesore or a safety hazard, but believe we should serve as a landfill for our residents. So if your neighbor is evicted, as many residents are, you will have first pick as to what you can take in your home! Used clothing' check! food from fridge' check! Why even go to the grocery store' We also expect you to leave your choice of the following outside: mattress, couch, childrens items, clothing, the list goes on. We only believe the trashman should work on certain days, so there is always a lovely overflow in every single dumpster. You dumpster divers will have lots of choices!
Here at Bavaria, we are hoping that you enjoy room mates as you will be sharing your apartment home with several different kinds of cockroaches (see pictures!) These lovely little creatures will keep you company but be prepared to name several hundred of them as they are plentiful. Don't forget to leave a little snack out for them at night, or they'll find their way into everything! Do you like pets' We hope you will socialize with the random pitbulls and other dogs that roam loose on the property. For you -------- out there, you will feel right at home with weekly fiestas, mariachi music, and of course the neighbor that has wild chickens roaming in their backyard.
The pictures listed in the apartment guide are beautiful, but please don't expect our property to look that way when you arrive. We have a lot of trouble keeping the property up as we can't keep a manager for more than 2 months at a time. They all run away screaming...hmm..gee wonder why' Guess maybe we should look into that.
We also don't believe in peace or quiet around here, so if you have children, or if you want to sleep at night, you should probably not call Bavaria home. We encourage our local mexican population to blast music at all hours of the night and have bottle throwing competitions. So if you hear gunshots or glass breaking, don't be alarmed, you're just experiencing our local culture.
Bavaria is perfect for you if you are wanting to be a crime scene investigator or criminologist as we usually have a dead body on the property every few months. Look us up on google and you will be able to read about us in the newspapers, helping out our local police station by giving them something to do. We even let them experience a meth lab blowup! Only took out one apartment, so you still have plenty of rentals to choose from.
I hate to inform you that we believe a deposit isnt actually a deposit but a gift to us. Most of our renters will not receive back their deposit because we don't understand the concept of one. Even if you leave your apartment immaculate we cant figure out how to write a check, so don't be surprised if it takes you 7 months to get back your $100 bucks.
All in all, we strive to provide you with an apartment complex where you have at least 3 locks to choose from (or all!) on your door. One that you will not venture outside after dark, and one you will drive past if a friend asks to drop you off at your house.Stop by our leasing office and be ready to call Bavaria home!
(A note about the author: My family and I moved here from out of state, not knowing the area, and finding them in the apartment guide, we thought it was nice on the outside. The apartments are very spacious, but not worth everything else that comes with it.All statements in this review are true things we experienced. We are extremely happy we were able to leave and I encourage all of you to stay as far away from this place as possible!)

Dear Reader: It is my duty to report that several items in this article are incorrect. Contrary to the information provided by the posting, I have been managing this property for 9 months and have several reasons why I love to manage the property. The best way to determine if a property is a good fit for you is to take a tour of the property in person, so that you can see for yourself some of the good parts of the community. I would invite anyone who is interested in relocating to Bavaria Apartments to tour our property and ask us any questions regarding this posting. We would love to show you around! Thank you, Steve Prochnow Property Manager Bavaria Apartments 615-832-7334 bavaria@prgrealestate.com PS: Keep in mind, most people who take time to post on this website are upset about something different than what they are posting about ... Its always good to form your own opinions with a property tour.

STEVE, quit writing posts up here. DEAR READERS, dont fall for the bs that the manager writes about these apartments being so great. For anyone considering living in Bavaria, PLEASE CONTACT THE LOCAL POLICE DEPARTMENT AND ASK THEM ABOUT THE CRIME AT BAVARIA AND HOW OFTEN THEY HAVE TO COME OUT TO THE COMPLEX!!! ENOUGH SAID...

from anonmous i lived at bavaria and whats in the writting is true.... there has been many crimes committed and many gun shots.... bavaria is not a safe place to live or to call home.... and if i were you i would move out as fast as you can.... the reason why no curtiscy officer or manintence is really slow and they don't fix ---- and the office staff is really rude and they don't know how to put work orders in their computers and people are breaking in to the mail boxes and stealing their mail and the office staff just laughs and don't care.... the laundry matt had a broken coke machine and the washer and dryer never worked and i lost money and they never payed me back for my lost money so dont move their unless you have a death wish and bavaria tries to cover it up and tell the residents that nothing happend...the managers get in the residents bussiness.... and you can't walk out of the apartment alone without getting robed or stabed or shot on the block...... you can't trust your clothes being alone without them getting stolen and the manager laughes.... they let people smoke drugs around peole who are pregnant... i went to tell the manger and he acted like it was just a game.... they let random people on the property and it always smells like dead body at all times especially around the f bulding so i sugjest nobody live in any apartments or town homes...... because their infested with mold ---- roches ants and all other animals flees.... rusted stove the the apartment arnt cleaned at all when you move in... before i moved out i had to shampoo the carpets my self.... and there for please stay away from this hell hole and and infested apartments....

Those pictures of yours do not do this place enough justice. They need to be larger to show how horrible this place is. Also if anyone has any doubt about the crime here check out the crime stats for this area's zip code at http://www.police.nashville.org/stats/2004_UCR_Zipcode.asp they are the worst in Nashville. If you have a death wish then move here.
