they were running some good specials so I moved here. I moved into a one bedroom for under $500 and the space is really big. the floorplan was nice to live in and I live right near the fitness center and laundry room.

the guy in the office named kervin and the boss steve helped me out a lot when i was deciding where to move. he didn't pressure me or anything, but he showed me the apartment before i moved in becausse I wasn't sure and it was my first apartment. so now i am happy here at bavaria and think that i am getting a pretty good deal too.

This is the Management post. No one is happy at Bavaria. It is awful and I know it b/c I live here. Please don't ever consider putting yourself through this hell. Sincerely, Honest Human Being

So wait ... anyone can post anything they want?? So that means that management can post about their own property???? That also means that competitors could create negative posts about a property to make them look bad?? Is there any way to verify the truthfullness of any information that is posted? Doesn't that kind of devalue the entire site? As an apartment shopper, I always like to judge apartments based upon the objective information that is provided to me instead of the word of disgruntled former tenants with their own set of issues.

Whatever STEVE or KERVIN. This place is a hell hole and everyone including the illegal immigrants, drug dealers, and ex convicts who live here knows this. We all know that management wrote this review. PLEASE reconsider moving here. As soon as I move out, I will write a review detailing my experience here. If you want to judge the apartments for what they're worth, come visit here at night especially on the weekend. There's always a police stake out waiting for someone or undercover cops walking around in the complex or across the street. Yet with all of the police arresting people, crime always happen here. Like I said, visit at night on the weekend and form your own opinion. This place is truely the hood and that's why it's so cheap. IT'S NOT WORTH IT.

New poster- ...not management or the person they were arguing with! :) ... Definately Steve or Kervin that posted the original and the second response... So, from another resident... You should ABSOLUTLEY drive through here at night! I did not before I moved in and that was my bad. My husband and I drove through and toured while the hooligans that live here were apparently still asleep. Note - a lot of the probles from Bavaria are directly from Bavaria residents, but just as many are from the neighborhood. It is just a bad area all around!

And what about the crime is worth the low rent crime is highest here that this occurred than any other. The police are here weekly if not more, people are having guns and knives pulled on them in a so-called security here is a complete joke never available when they are needed.
