Shootings, thefts, vandalism, gang activity, trash all over the place, prostitution...

the list just goes on and on.

Managers change frequently but the last one has been there since the beginning of '08.

He is no better than the rest though.

It's always welcome to see the manager go when they are no good, and I know that there are quite a few residents unhappy that this one has chose to stick around for some reason! It is not a safe place to live.

The police will tell you it is not a safe place to live when you meet them and you WILL have to meet them if you choose to live at Bavaria.

I just pray that it is not because you or someone you love gets shot or stabbed.

That happens a lot there.

I would not/could not allow my children to play outside.

I refused to take the trash out after dark.

But by morning the dumpster was over flowing.

The apartments are crap.

Maintenance does what they can but it seems that they never have anything they need to fix the problems.

Management just won't buy the necessary supplies...

I guess their bonus checks are more important! They redid the pond and painted the buildings to entice new residents but forget about fixing the plumbing or the electrical problems! And maintenance people are usually trying to pick up the trash and paint over the gang grafiti so how much time do they have to fix something'
