I just moved into bavaria last weekend, and everything has been great since i got here. my apartment had brand new carpet and vinyl,and it was exactly what the people at the office promised it would be! i also got a really good special rate-better than anywhere else i looked with a bigger apartment. i don't understand what everyone is complaining about' i haven't seen any "loose dogs" around, the laundry room is fine i was in it today, and the guys and girl at the office are great. something must have changed over the past few months' i like it so far and so does my boyfriend. one of his friends is moving in next week. don't read anything on here it's all blown way out of proportion. come see for yourself....

This is a false post. I know it's the office staff. It sounds like the girl manager. I do agree with one thing she says. You need to go see for yourself what bavaria is like but make sure it's at night or during the weekend. And make sure you ask to see an apartment that no one lives in not just the model.

i took your word for it asher_jon. i drove thru last night around 1am and things were fine. didnt see nothin wrong. i came back today with my moms bc shes cosignin for me. i looked at an empty apartment and rented one today. i move in next friday and i cant wait.

I'm pretty sure this is another false post by management but if you are a real person moving into bavaria then I feel sorry for you as I do for anyone that lives here. There sure are a bunch of reports saying this place is great and I got to wonder who has been writing them. They never mention anything about the police coming here every week or more. They don't say anything about the dumpsters being overflowing and that mostly apartments are totally trash when it comes to paint been overspray on the carpet and Windows among other things. If you don't believe that this area is high and growing check out the crime stats for this zip code at http://www.police.nashville.org/stats/2004_UCR_Zipcode.asp they are the highest in Nashville. Don't believe me just check out the site.
