I just renewed my lease for another year.
The management is extremely friendly and nice.
The maintenance is fast and friendly too.
The grounds are kept beautifully and the view of the lake and the pool is the best.
i might continue living here until i buy a house.
At the office they offer drinks, play with my kids, and even fax things for me for free.
they don't even charge me to make copies of paperwork that i need-they are happy to do it.
believe it or not, I actually enjoy paying my rent, how many people can say that'!

Never been evicted and I always pay my rent on time. I'm not the only person who understands what it is like to live here. I think everyone should come by and see for themselves. Anyone can email me (asher_jon99@yahoo.com) and I'll send them pictures and links to local papers that show all the killings at Bavaria. I didn't know this area at all when I moved here. I do now and I regret everyday moving into Bavaria. Did you know that the area code 37211 is known by police and realtors to be the worst area to live in Nashville. I have no reason to lie. If I was happy I just wouldn't post at all. I don't want people to make a mistake with having to live in Bavaria for a year.
Also, I don't believe for one second that this post is from a resident that has lived at Bavaria for a year. I feel sorry that the leasing staff puts out post. They don't care about peoples saftey or quailty of living. It's just a job to them. A job I am sure they hate but a job non the less. this is a very bad place to live BOTTOM LINE!

No actually i just didn't want anyone to know who i was. but i guess it doesnt really matter especially when we have ppl like you tryin to make everybody look bad. i got my apartment on a saturday-and ive never even seen the model. ive lived here for over a year so i know what its like at nights. whats your problem? did you not pay your rent? get evicted maybe? here's my email: caitlinpalmer89@yahoo.com. not annonymous and SO not the office staff.

I've got a question for you. Have you not noticed the police coming here weekly. Have you not noticed that security is never around when they are needed and I do mean never around when needed. Check the crime stats for this code at http://www.police.nashville.org/stats/2004_UCR_Zipcode.asp
they are the worst in Nashville.
