I WORKED at Bavaria (for about two weeks) as a groundskeeper, and I can positively ASSURE anyone out there that the bad reviews are as real as it gets, and the FAKES are the office staff/owners posing as renters, saying everything is "great". It is most definitely NOT "great". I wouldn't even call it "liveable". TONS of broken glass, syringes, used condoms, overflowing dumpsters, thugs hanging out in doorways/breezeways, juveniles drinking beer/liquor, break-ins, stray dogs, roaches and more await the poor souls who don't check this place out in person. Better yet, a prospective tenant needs to check the place out at NIGHT, and on weekends. I couldn't stand working there -forget trying to LIVE there...
I've been following this apartment on this site since I'd worked there, and EVERYTHING the negative reviews state is true- including the revovling door in the management office. And yes, people do get themselves shot to death in this apartment complex...

word. Things have really change for the good. don't get me wrong-the appliances could use some updatin-but the place has been around since like the 70s or somethin. and this guy that used to work here sounds like the guy that was FIRED. he ripped me off when i moved in-made a hole buncha promises that he knew he couldnt keep. thankfully the peeps at the office now took care of it. some things do change. some ppl never will.

Amen brother. I just hope people realize that all the positive reviews are fake and that this is a crap hole. I hope that if I keep posting on this site I've make somewhat of a difference. People please stay away from Bavaria!!! I haven't seen any turn over in the office and the "peeps" in the office are a sorry lot. I also don't know about someone getting fired or ripping people off/making promises and I don't understand how a groundskeeper could be in a place of authority to make any residents promises. You can tell this is yet again another sorry attempt from the management to go on this site and discredit someone trying to be honest and tell the experience that he or she has had. I can only imagine being a ground keeper has to really blow at this complex. I haven't seen a groundskeeper here in a long time. You would think the way the economy is right now they could find someone to take a groundskeeper position.

Check the crime reports for our zip code at http://www.police.nashville.org/stats/2004_UCR_Zipcode.asp their horrible and are the highest. If you can't find out what the number of police calls to the apartment complex where are.
