i stayed with a friend here a few years ago, and I will admit that it was a nightmare, but....i moved in a few weeks ago after looking at the model, and a vacant apartment, and i wasnt expecting it but management has really been sticking to their word. So far the promises that have been made they have kept up. Give the office staff a good chance. The maintanance has also improved 100%.
On the day that I moved in I was greeted by the guy at the office who walked my apartment home with me, making any minor adjustments as I pointed them out. Their were only two...my blinds in the bedroom, and the way the knobs turned on my sink. I was also greeted by the property manager who assured me that they were here to meet my needs, and if I needed anything at all to always feel free to call them. This is a place to call home. Affordable, nice to look at and wonderful.

What about the crime. It's horrible here. You may have gotten lucky and got a decent apartment but most departments are horrible. Security is a joke which you will learn if you've lived here for a while. Are you enjoying the constant visits from the police department.
