i moved into bavaria 2 weeks ago and it is a helluva lot better than i heard it would be.
i guess a few years ago it used to be real bad'' Anyway I moved in with my roomate to a townhouse by the lake and we got a really good deal.
you have to have realistic expectations tho bc the place is kinda old.
buut-it's really not bad at all.
we really like it now that we have painted and made it feel more like our own home.
they even started some security thing at night.
i got home last wknd at like 230 in the morning and these security guys said hi and waited till i got inside before they drove away.
they are here every night and it makes me and my roomate feel safer that theyre here.
we havent had any maintenance problems yet but i will update my post in a few weeks and let you all know! i am happy that i moved in here!

They had security when I was there too, and a K9 officer. Just be careful my ex fiance was murdered there, he was robbed, the guy got $7, and killed him over it. There were helicopters with spotlights out every night. Gang tagging everywhere, that they weekly painted over.
Iknow that the security makes you feel safe, but still look out for yourself, its not as safe as it seems.

Are you nuts crime is rampant here. The police are here weekly. There've been two murders in two years. Check the crime stats for this zip code at http://www.police.nashville.org/stats/2004_UCR_Zipcode.asp
they are the highest of any zip code.
