I am currently in my last 30 days at Bavaria. I can't wait to move! I have been ready to move from the 3rd month of my lease! Now I do admit that this is the second time that I leased from Bavaria. The first time was back in 2007 and the managemnt moved me into an apartment that was already known for having mold and a horrible flooding and plumbing problem. After 2 months of fighting with the office, I got into a decent apartment. In which my car was broken into twice, and raids on the people underneath me by the police. Now in the last month, I have witnessed once again the police serving search warrants on my neighbors apartment, the dumpsters staying full, and I am at the end of my lease and have not recieved the maintance that I needed fixed when I first moved in a year ago. I didn't know that asking for a closet door for a bedroom, blinds for the windows and the tiles fixed in my shower. Literally while taking a shower the tiles came off the wall in the shower. Or did I mention the lack of parking and that the central heat and air only works when maintance comes and turn it on. To get anything fixed you have to call the office 3 to 4 times a day. Kurvin (office assistant) is great as long as you allow him to continue to flirt with you. Bottomline I would recomment this apartment if your life depends on it. Your kids won't be safe and neither will you be safe. After everything that I have went through with Bavaria, when I turned in my letter for release of the apartment they office manager ask me to give her a week and she will have everything fixed. It is a little too late and they had the nerve to go up on my rent if I renew my lease! They have to be crazy to think I will stay. I see more people move in and out in a years time than any place else.

Haha... Told you all so... If they razed it and started over with completely NEW apartments, it would STILL be a dangerous area... STAY AWAY FROM THIS HELL-HOLE!!!!
