I moved into Bavaria Apts in July 08.

Since that time I have had only 2 minor maintenance requests, and they were handled quickly and professionally.

There is security on site on weekends and the Metro Police patrol the area frequently.

There is a nice pool and Lake with lots of geese and ducks on site.

Bus service is also available to the complex.

I recently renewed my lease for another year and would recommend this place to anyone looking.

Reasonably priced for the size in my opinion.
Utilities have also been reasonable and I've had only one elec.

bill over $100.00 in over a year.
