i moved in to a 2 br townhome a few months ago and so far so good! its a great price and good location too.plus i have 2 walk in closets-1 of whcih i use as a small office space.
my town home also has a view of the lake so i am happy with my decision to rent here.
my neighbors are friendly and we even get together to go walk our dogs at night when we get home from work.
security is here often and its nice to know that they are around in case of an emergency.
i havent needed many maintenance repairs done but when i did need somethin the maintenance team came right away.
some of these other reviews are funny to me.
when the cops are here serving papers they are for evictions-ive watched it happen.
come see the place for yourself.
if you dont cause any trouble and if you pay your rent on time-you will like it here too.
email me if you have any more questions-but i have already had 1 friend move in because of me and i will tell anyone else the same.

this review is pure bull. you posted before very recently. can totally tell its the same person per the writing style. however, people beaware. these sparkling reviews are clearly the management or friends of the management....trust me! stay away. in fact just stay away from that side all apartments along that apache trail corridor. the apartment communities have no competition which allows them to be crap (bavaria taking the cake, hunters point or horizon i think its called now and hickory lake)

i have lived in bavaria for a year and my lease is now up.thank god.seriously i have nothing to say good about my experience living there.the first week i noticed roaches, i ended up having the same leak(above my shower)for about four months.that is because the maintence suck always rigging stuff or making it worse.hell they didnt even come back to finish the job half the time.trust me i can go on and on.mold,several leaks, roaches need i say more.it is not a place a would refer to anybody at all!my neighbors were nice and we would see them in breezeway and talk about the problems in our apartments.two of my neighbors said there water is black when they turn it on.speaking of water, they constantly cut the water off all day at times and even into the night without no warning.they should knock em down and rebuild Bavaria or lower there rent dramatically!

When I lived there I became good friends with the apartment maintenance manager and he informed me that yes the management to write positive reviews in order to counter all the negative reviews that the current and former residents submit. It's a damn shame that they are allowed to do that and that there is no way that this site can verify the people that write the positive reviews. Christ when you go and look at the place only have to do is look at the grounds, look at the pond with the garbage surrounding it, the dumpsters that are overflowing with trash, the indentations or dents that are on the apartment doors from where the police smashed into the apartments or a burglar broke in. You would be a damn fool to move in there or desperate because nobody else would take you. That's the kind of people that lived there the ones that can't find any other place to live, most often because they have a long criminal history.
