Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003
Upon moving in, my unit was very dirty and very smelly. There were 3 different color appliances in the kitchen, bugs galore, and there were stains all over the floors. In addition to all of this, there were trails of rodent droppings throughout the apartment and the heating and cooling unit. Management and maintenance were just as bad as the apartment. Even with the 30 day satisfaction guarantee, they were still not concerned with the many issues in the unit. We moved immediately. g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd
