I lived here briefly (I had to break out of my lease it was so bad)..... The place was not clean when I came in, and I came in on a long distance relocation and had all my stuff come off of a truck... the apartment smelled bad and was run down.

I broke the lease within the week and moved elsewhere. They were somewhat understanding (though I had a week by law to break the lease so there wasn't much they could do), and they were apologetic... but needless to say, I wasn't thrilled with that and having to pay for a second move on top of the first one.

The parking was an absolute joke was well, the spaces were lined terribly, and on a couple of buildings, cars parked "right in front of" the stairwells, so you couldnt take the stairs, rather you had to stumble down the hill.

All in all the people there were nice, but the rest of it was terrible.
