worst place to live in bellevue

lived there for a few yrs. it was ok the first yr then we had to deal with the water off atleast two days a mth every month and they turned their phone off in the office when it went off. even at christmas the water was off one yr well to be honest after a few yrs we moved for our safety the neiborhood was getting really bad it should be torn down sorry its an mess there the office has no clue what their doing and well you cant walk your dogs too pitt bulls off leashes hell its like why is that in bellevue someone should do something about that complex its awefull again we moved for our safety hell we had to get out of that crap of a complex
